Windows 10 Outlook Mail Sending Reported Error

Hi there,

After upgraded to Windows 10, my Outlook failed to send emails while receiving was OK.

If you are experiencing the same issue here is the solution below.

  • Right click on Start Button

  • Click Command Prompt (Admin)

  • Enter the command sfc /scannow  

This will initiate the system file checker and scan all protected system files and replace any corrupted files with a cached copy. 

Wait until the task is completed. It may take 15 - 20 minutes. 

There you go. You will be able to send emails now.
